Among travel and writing, fitness and leading a healthy life has always been of utmost importance to me. I really began spending more time focusing on exercise and eating healthy from Grade 11 onwards and have only gotten more interested in the fitness world ever since.
While I’m not exactly the most athletic person (my hand-eye coordination is definitely not where it should be), I spent many years playing house-league soccer and was on the Rugby team in my senior year of high school. I also spent many years working for Pulsars Gymnastics Club, coaching children and learning more about the sport.
Aside from the few sports I’ve dabbled in, I like to keep active by walking/hiking or partaking in activities such as rock climbing.
In terms of eating habits and lifestyle as a whole, I’ve been vegetarian since 2016 and try to fuel my body with lots of fruits, veggies and water! Although I am not an expert in terms of fitness and health in general, I do by best and feel like I would have some helpful advice for those who want to become more active or would like to know more about vegetarianism and why I’ve chosen this particular lifestyle.
